Do we process films?

A question we are asked regularly is "Do we process films?"

The short answer is "No. We don't".

We do not process 35mm film or slides, 8mm or Super 8mm cine film.

All we do is digitize previously processed films.

Question 2

How long does it take to digitize my media?

Accepted Answer

How long it takes does depend on what media you have given us to digitize and what type of media it is, but also just how busy we are.

If we are busy, we do aim to complete most jobs in 2-3 weeks.

If we aren't busy, it could take a week.

Whether or not we are busy, we do take great care of your media and we will get it back to you as quickly as possible.

Question 3

Do our prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

We are not VAT registered, so the prices on our website is what you pay.

Question 4

Do we repair analogue devices e.g. VHS Tape players, camcorders?

Accepted Answer

This is not a service that we offer. It is only the digitisation of the analogue media.

There are a number of repair outlets Nationwide, so if you do need a VHS player repaired, search google.

Question 5

Do we sell films - e.g. cine films or 35mm film for stills cameras?

Accepted Answer

No we don't. We only digitize the fully processed films.
